Hi, I'm Raney Keating — a dance educator, confidence coach, and creator of LMK. I've been teaching since 2011, and I know firsthand what it feels like to be thrown into a teaching role without the tools or support to do it well.
I created LMK because confident teachers create confident dancers. And confident TAs become your best future instructors. Every resource, program, and framework I build is rooted in the reality of studio life and my experience not theory.
My mission is to edify the identity of dance instructors so they can lead with joy, purpose, and skill — and so the studios they work in can thrive.
