Hi, I’m Lorraine — a passionate dance educator who’s been teaching since 2011 and living what I now teach: how to lead with joy, overcome perfectionism, and build real confidence in both ourselves and our students.

I know what it feels like to love dance… and also feel like you’re not enough in it. Growing up, I struggled with self-esteem and constant comparison. Striving for an unattainable idea of “perfection” led to years of self-doubt, burnout, and even stepping away from dance. But that struggle eventually became my superpower — and now, it’s the core of what I help other teachers overcome, too.

I created LMK to help dance educators become strong, confident, purpose-driven leaders. Because when teachers grow, students shine.

Dance Instructor since 2011
Helped grow a children’s dance program by 400% in 6 years
Trained in multiple national dance curriculums
Passed my Licentiate Exam in Ballroom
Taught Ballet and a variety of other dance styles for over a decade
Wrote a children’s dance curriculum
Currently authoring multiple children's book projects
Certified STOTT Pilates Instructor, with intention to prevent student injury
Volunteered, mentored, and served as a kid's dance Program Director
