Refund Policy

At LMK, I’m committed to providing valuable, intentional, and heart-led training for dance educators. Because these offerings include instant access to digital materials, small-group coaching, and curated content, here’s how I handle refunds:

Courses, Content, Digital Products & Classes (Including Certifications + Training Programs)

All sales are final.
Due to the digital nature of the materials and limited class sizes, refunds are not offered. Please read all course details carefully before purchasing, and don’t hesitate to reach out with questions before enrolling.

Exception: If a course is canceled or postponed by LMK, you will be offered a full refund or transfer to a future session.

Coaching Sessions (1:1 or Group)

All coaching sessions are non-refundable.
However, I understand that life happens. Sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice. No-shows or same-day cancellations will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Subscriptions (LMK Glow Monthly)

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time.

If you cancel, your subscription will not renew at the end of your billing cycle.
Due to the immediate access to digital content, no refunds are issued for past months, partial months, or missed content.
