Every website has a story, and mine begins with a love for teaching dance and a passion for helping educators grow with confidence, creativity, and heart. LMK Glow was created as a quiet spark for dance teachers—a one-page monthly newsletter filled with inspiration, practical tools, and encouragement to help you lead with light.

Originally launched as a subscription, LMK Glow is now completely free. Why? Because I believe that resources that nurture your confidence and strengthen your teaching community should be accessible to all. This is my way of giving back to the dance world that has shaped me, and of creating a space where we can all grow together.
